§ 7.80.100. Hearing by commission—Notice.

  • Upon receipt of an application copy, the business license commission shall set a date for a public hearing before itself and serve notice of such hearing upon the sheriff, the department of weights and measures, any other officer, department or other body to which the application has been referred, the applicant, and all licensees whose licenses specify a definite area of operation any part of which is in the area for which application has been made.
