§ 7.80.110. Hearing by commission—Conduct generally.

At the time set for the hearing or at the date to which the hearing may be continued by the business license commission, the applicant shall present evidence before the commission to show why the license should be granted. The business license commission may also consider competent evidence presented by other persons to show why the license should or should not be granted.
