§ 7.76.100. Savings and loan certificates and shares.

In lieu of the undertaking required by this Part 2, the auctioneer may deposit with the tax collector and assign to the county savings and loan certificates or shares to the value of $5,000.00, subject to all of the provisions of Chapter 4.36 of this code.
