§ 7.76.110. Satisfaction of judgment—Filing of agreement required.

  • An auctioneer who deposits with the clerk of the board and assigns to the county savings and loan certificates or shares in lieu of filing the undertaking required by this Part 2 also, at the same time, shall file with the clerk of the board an agreement in writing in which he agrees that the county may, and the county may, satisfy, either in whole or in part, from such certificates or shares, any final judgment, the payment of which would have been guaranteed by the undertaking required by this Part 2.
