§ 7.76.090. Alternative bond.

An applicant for an auctioneer's license may present to the county counsel an auctioneer's bond worded differently than as quoted in Section 7.76.080. If the bond as presented has the same legal effect as a bond reading exactly as quoted in Section 7.76.080, the county counsel may approve such bond and the tax collector may accept such bond in lieu of the bond worded exactly as quoted in said Section 7.74.080.
