§ 7.10.380. Decision—Effective date.

The decision shall become effective 15 days after such decision is announced at the conclusion of the hearing or it is delivered or mailed to respondent unless a reconsideration is ordered within that time, or the board or commission orders that the decision shall become effective sooner, or a stay of execution is granted.
