§ 7.10.370. Decision—Form, contents and distribution.

The decision of the commission or referee shall be in writing, and shall contain a determination of the issue presented and the penalty, if any. Copies of the decision shall be delivered to the respondents or their attorneys or other representatives by manual delivery, or sent to them by certified or registered mail, unless such decision is announced at the conclusion of the hearing.
