§ 7.10.140. Hearing by commission—Protest filing.

  • Any person interested, at any time after the filing of an application subject to the provisions of Section 7.10.110, may file written protests or letters against the granting of such license, and the business license commission or hearing officer, as the case may be, in considering the application shall give consideration to all such protests so filed.
