§ 7.10.130. Public notice requirements—Publication—Costs.

A copy of any notice posted as required by Section 7.10.110 shall be published three times prior to the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation circulated within the district in which the location is situated. In addition to the filing fee, the applicant shall pay for such publications and printing.
