§ 7.10.150. Conduct of hearing—Procedure generally.

  • At the time set for the hearing or at the date to which the hearing may be continued by the business license commission or other body having jurisdiction, the referee or such other body shall hear the applicant or licensee, who may present any facts to show why the license should be granted or should not be revoked, and shall hear, also, testimony and other statements from other persons who may attend the hearing and present facts to show why the license should or should not be granted or revoked. The referee, or such other body, may place any witness, including the licensee, under oath.
