§ 8.52.213. Decontrol upon tenant's assignment of rights.

If a tenant or tenants shall execute an assignment of all rights to the rental unit to any third party or parties without the express written agreement of the landlord consenting to the application of the regulation provided under this chapter, the unit assigned shall be decontrolled for all purposes.
