§ 8.52.212. Decontrol upon $15,000.00 renovation.

Units for which renovation work was started and completed on or after September 1, 1980, for which work the landlord paid not less than $ 15,000.00 for each unit renovated, and subsequently offered on the rental market, shall be decontrolled for all purposes.
