§ 7.92.110. License transferability.

  • No adult business license, including but not limited to an adult business license held by an individual in a corporation or partnership shall be sold, transferred, or assigned by any licensee, or by operation of law, to any other person, group, partnership, corporation or entity, and any such sale, transfer or assignment, or attempted sale, transfer, or assignment shall be deemed to constitute a voluntary surrender of such license, and such license shall thereafter be null and void. Any change in the nature or composition of the adult business from one type of adult business use to another type of adult business use shall also render the license null and void. An adult business license shall be valid only for the exact location and adult business use as specified in the license.
