§ 7.92.100. License renewal.

An adult business license shall be renewed on a year-to-year basis, provided that the licensee continues to meet all applicable requirements. A request for license renewal must be accompanied by an adult business license renewal application, completed in full detail with current information. The complete application and appropriate fee must be received by the tax collector at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the existing license. A request for license renewal shall be processed in the same manner as the original application.
