§ 7.92.080. License requirements—Effect of noncompliance.

The requirements contained in Sections 7.92.040, 7.92.050, 7.92.060, and 7.92.070 of this chapter shall be deemed conditions of license approval, and failure to comply with any such requirement shall be grounds for revocation of any adult business license issued pursuant to this chapter, or denial of any application to renew any adult business license issued pursuant to this chapter.
