§ 7.60.100. Agreement for satisfaction of judgment.

  • An applicant for a license for an outdoor festival who deposits with the tax collector and assigns to the county savings and loan certificates or shares in lieu of or in addition to the undertaking or policy of insurance required by subsection F of Section 7.60.060, also, at the same time shall file with the tax collector an agreement in writing in which he agrees that the county may, and the county may, satisfy either in whole or in part, from such certificates or shares, any final judgment or any judgment upon which execution may issue, the payment of which is or would have been guaranteed by the undertaking required by this Part 1.
