§ 7.17.050. License—Application—Hearing required.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 7.06.260, the director of the department of health services shall hold a public hearing on every application for an ambulette operator's license required by this chapter, and shall give notice of such hearing as provided in Section 7.10.100 of this code.
