§ 7.10.100. Hearing by commission—Time for notice.

Latest version.

Whenever a hearing is provided for by this title and notice of the hearing is to be given to any person, such notice shall be given not less than five days before such hearing, either by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, or in the manner required for the service of summons in civil actions.
