§ 7.16.225. Ambulance—Inspection of medical equipment and supplies.

The director of the department of health services or his/her designee(s) shall have the right, at any time, to conduct vehicular inspections of any and all ambulances operated by any licensed ambulance operator to determine whether proper and sufficient medical equipment and medical supplies exist for the level of emergency care provided by the licensed ambulance operator.
