§ 7.10.160. Conduct of hearing—Records of testimony.

Latest version.

At every hearing the business license commission, referee, and license appeals board, by shorthand, stenotype, recording device, or otherwise, shall keep a full, true and correct record of all oral testimony at such hearing.
