§ 7.02.140. Combustible rubbish.

"Combustible rubbish" means all discarded combustible material including, but not limited to, papers, rags, household bedding, excelsior or other packing materials, cartons, boxes and containers of wood or fiber, sawdust, shavings, lumber scraps, wood or wooden articles, trees, plants, vines, and the prunings thereof.
