§ 5.72.020. Clothing furnished by county—Illegal use prohibited.

Each department head shall be held personally responsible on his bond for all clothing issued to employees of his department in accordance with provisions of Ordinance 4099 when it has been found that such clothing has been used contrary to the provisions and the purposes as stated in Ordinance 4099.
