§ 3.62.050. Secretary.

  • The county commission shall appoint an employee of the county of Los Angeles to act as secretary of the commission to keep the record of the meetings of the commission and to assist in the official activities of the commission. The county employee shall be one whom the chief administrative officer finds may be loaned to the commission without detriment to the performance of his other county duties. The secretary shall serve as such without additional compensation. All time spent by such secretary in performing his duties as such shall be considered as time spent by such employee in performing duties of his compensated position.
