§ 3.62.040. Officials—Deputies or assistants authorized when.

If any official set forth in Section 3.62.030 is appointed as a member of the county commission, such official may designate one of his deputies or assistants to serve in his stead, either permanently or at any particular meeting or meetings. Such deputy or assistant for all purposes, including the right to vote, shall be deemed to be a member of the commission.
