§ 3.08.080. Airports, heliports and aircraft—Recommendations to board.

The commission shall consider and recommend to the board:

A.

The acquisition of sites for county airports and heliports;

B.

The establishment of regulations for the management and operation of such airports and heliports;

C.

All other matters affecting or concerning airports, heliports and aircraft.
