§ 3.08.070. Powers and duties.

The commission shall consider and recommend to the county planning commission:

A.

A master plan for airports and heliports in Los Angeles County;

B.

Regulations and specifications for the issuance of permits for the establishment and expansion of airports and heliports, and regulations and plans for zoning the approaches to airports and heliports, and limiting the type of buildings and natural growth of areas adjacent to airports and heliports;

C.

The acquisition of sites for county airports and heliports.
