§ 2.82.100. Inspections—Authority to inspect register and visit all persons.

Every member of the commission, while visiting and inspecting a jail or lockup as provided in this chapter, may call for and inspect the permit and register of such jail and lockup and may see and visit all persons kept in such jail and lockup.
