§ 2.116.240. Beach commission—Organization—Rules and regulations.

The beach commission shall elect a chair and vice-chair from among the members. The chair and vice-chair shall serve for one year and thereafter until the election of a successor. The commission may prepare and adopt, subject to the approval of the board of supervisors, rules and regulations for the internal government of its business, and shall designate the time and place of holding its meetings.
