§ 2.110.020. Director—Program administration duties.

In addition to any other duties imposed upon him by Ordinance 4099, the director shall administer the relocation assistance program of this county pursuant to Chapter 16 (commencing with Section 7260) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code, and in conformity with rules and regulations adopted by the board pursuant to said Chapter 16.
