§ 2.100.080. Detention homes—School facilities—Required.

Pursuant to the provisions of Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, there shall be and there is established and there shall be maintained in connection with the Los Angeles County detention home at Juvenile Hall, elementary public schools and secondary public schools for the education of the children in such detention homes. The board of supervisors shall establish and maintain school facilities for such schools in such detention homes.
