§ 21.16.010. Building location and access restrictions.

No building shall be constructed, nor shall a permit for construction of a building be issued, for any portion of a condominium project, a community apartment project or a lease project unless the location of such building and the access thereto is in substantial conformance with either (1) a valid conditional use permit that addresses the location of buildings and access thereto on the project site, or (2) an exhibit map approved pursuant to the requirements of Section 21.16.015.
