§ 20.08.050. Registrations and authorizations—Revocation conditions and procedures.

In the event the water utility violates this Division 1, or is not discharging its
responsibility as promised, the engineer may so advise the water appeals board. Upon
receipt of such advice, the water appeals board shall conduct a public hearing and
notify the water utility, as provided in Section 20.08.110, of the time and place of such hearing, not less than five days prior thereto. If
from the evidence received at such hearing the water appeals board finds that the
water utility has violated any provision of this Division 1, it may revoke the water
utility certificate of registration or water utility authorization of such water utility.
The water appeals board shall mail or otherwise deliver to the water utility a certified
copy of its decision.
