§ 20.08.110. Notice service requirements.

A.

Unless otherwise provided herein, any notice required to be given by the engineer or by any other officer under this Division 1 shall be in writing and served in the manner provided in the Code of Civil Procedure for the service of process, or by registered or certified mail. If served by mail, the notice shall be sent to the last address known to the engineer.

B.

Where the address is unknown, service may be made, as above provided, on the person shown as owner on the latest available assessment roll at the address, if any, shown on such assessment roll.
