§ 15.68.020. Private property—Operating vehicle without permission prohibited.

A person shall not operate any type of motor vehicle upon the private property of another except a highway or private street, without first obtaining the written permission of the person in lawful possession of the property or, if the property is unoccupied, of the owner.
