§ 8.52.190. Exemptions—Rental units subject to written lease agreements for a fixed term of more than one month.

This chapter shall not apply to any rental unit rented pursuant to a written lease agreement for a fixed term of more than one month that was signed by the tenant prior to February 26, 1979. Upon expiration of said lease, this exemption shall no longer apply.
