§ 8.52.080. Rent adjustments—For rental units in Marina del Rey.

Notwithstanding any other provision in the ordinance codified in this chapter, or any other ordinance, the duties of the rent adjustment commission and rent adjustment panels shall be performed in that area of the county known as the Marina del Rey by the county small craft harbor commission unless assigned by that body to its staff.
