§ 7.90.460. Game arcade—Denial of license—Conditions.

If the commission finds that by reason of the location of such establishment the conducting
or carrying on thereof would be detrimental to the public health, the public order,
or the public morals, or any other ground of denial as set forth in this title exists,
it shall notify the tax collector not to issue the license until instructed to do
so by it or by the license appeals board, and shall notify, in writing, the applicant
of its action.
