§ 7.90.020. Authority to impose license conditions.

  • In granting a license under this chapter, the business license commission may impose such conditions, including the filing of a bond or undertaking or the deposit and assignment of savings and loan certificates as provided for in Chapter 4.36 of this code, derived from Ordinance 4099, entitled "Administrative Code of the county of Los Angeles," adopted May 19, 1942, as in its opinion will prevent the proposed activity from becoming a nuisance or otherwise detrimental to the public peace, health or safety of the locality.
