§ 7.86.030. License—Undertaking or deposit filed with application.

The applicant for a license to operate a valet parking service shall file with his application a bond or undertaking or deposit savings and loan certificates pursuant to Chapter 4.36 of this code. The bond or deposit shall be in the amount of $5,000.00.
