§ 7.80.420. Operator compliance responsibility.

Every taxicab operator is responsible for complying with the provisions of this title, any rules and regulations adopted by the business license commission pursuant thereto, and for obtaining the compliance therewith of its officers, employees, association members, agents, or any other person connected with such taxicab operator in providing taxicab service.
