§ 7.80.330. Taxicab equipment—Requirement waiver conditions.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7.80.310, the business license commission, following application, notice and public hearing as provided in this Part 1, may waive any equipment requirement upon a showing of good cause by any applicant. Such waiver shall be specified on the taxicab operator's license and the vehicle permit.
