§ 7.76.180. Definitions.

  • A.

    "Itinerant oil-tool exchange" means any person having no established place of business and engaged in buying or selling, or both, as owner or consignee, or exchanging any secondhand oil-well tools, oil-well machinery, oil-well equipment, mining supplies, mining equipment, mining machinery or other goods, wares or merchandise used in or appurtenant to oil drilling, oil pumping, or mining, or any secondhand tools, machinery, equipment or other goods, wares or merchandise which can be used in or appurtenant to oil drilling, oil pumping, or mining.

    B.

    "Oil-tool exchange" means any person engaged in or conducting the business of buying or selling, or both, as owner or as consignee, or exchanging any secondhand oil-well tools, oil-well machinery, oil-well equipment, mining supplies, mining equipment, mining machinery, or other goods, wares or merchandise used in or appurtenant to oil drilling, oil pumping, or mining, or any secondhand tools, machinery, equipment or other goods, wares or merchandise which can be used in or appurtenant to oil drilling, oil pumping, or mining, and who has a permanent place of business.
