§ 7.76.130. Goods of one person—Sale restrictions.

If either a public or private auction is advertised to be, or in any manner represented to be, sale of the property or stock of any particular person, a person shall not sell or offer for sale at such auction any goods, wares or merchandise other than the property or stock of such person.
