§ 7.60.230. Site preparation.

While any premises are being prepared for use for an outdoor festival or for parking or other uses in incidental thereto, such premises shall be deemed a "construction job site" as those words are used in Section 539 of said Ordinance 7583 (set out in Title 11 of this code) and in such site preparation all persons shall comply with said Section 539.
