§ 7.58.020. Repair shop—License requirements.

    Every person engaged in the business of a body and fender repair shop shall first procure a license, for which he shall pay an annual license fee in the amount set forth in Section 7.14.010 of this title, under the appropriate heading.

    B.

    Such a license does not permit the painting, enameling or lacquering of motor vehicles except the parts repaired or replaced when such painting, enameling or lacquering is made necessary by such repair or replacement.
