§ 7.54.280. Manager—Required.

All establishments licensed under this section shall at all times the establishment is open have a responsible person licensed under Section 7.54.210 acting as manager on the premises. The manager must be familiar with the requirements of this chapter and be capable of communicating the provisions of this chapter to employees and patrons of the establishment.
