§ 7.50.020. Boarding house—License requirements.

Every person conducting a boarding house who does not have a license issued pursuant to Section 7.72.020 shall first procure a license and pay an annual license fee in the amount set forth in Section 7.14.010 of this title, under the appropriate heading.
