§ 7.48.040. License—Denial—Notice to applicant.

Otherwise, the county veterinarian shall notify the tax collector to inform the applicant, as provided in Section 7.06.090 and Chapter 7.08 of this title, that the license will be denied unless the applicant requests a hearing.
