§ 7.42.070. Motorcycles.

A funeral escort shall not use any motorcycle or similar vehicle in the performance of his duties as such unless he first obtains a certificate of inspection issued by the California Highway Patrol not more than 13 months prior thereto certifying that such motorcycle is in good mechanical condition.
