§ 7.42.010. License requirements—Funeral escort business.

Every person in the business of escorting funeral processions who is not a mortuary or funeral home, and who does not possess a valid, current, unrevoked license for such business issued by a city within this county, shall first obtain a license and pay an annual license fee in the amount set forth in Section 7.14.010 of this title.
